After the "DEMISE" of Kagrra, fans have been anxious as to know what the coming projects of the band members would be and eagerly anticipated all new moves.

Next to participating in number of reading and poetry events, he will be releasing his first solo single already on May 5th, 2011 and samples are also available.

And when the orientation of the magazines changes, we are also told that we should rather not wear make-up, but we say that this right here, including all of it is what the GazettE is. I always intend to do everything by possessing this kind of pride. The music, the lyrics, the GazettE’s logo, the CD jacket designs, the outfits, everything. Therefore we do of course check the pictures taken for the magazine, everything until the color proof of it. I think in a way, I am a pretty annoying, noisy guy in that sense, as I have to check everything that far. It also includes the images of the songs, the perspective towards things. Also, when I am saying I would like to do (the shooting) in black and white and I am told that “it would be a waste to not do it in full color” or that “the magazine isn’t selling if it’s not in color”, I feel really disappointed by such things. Because this is of course part of the band concept and I think that all of that makes the GazettE. I really don’t like creating things that are unfitting for us. We do not intend to get rid of our make-up just because someone tells us it needs to be done to fit in. That includes the costumes as well. Because that’s something that can’t be changed that easily according to the situation. It’s not meant to be some kind of narrow-mindedness, but when someone asks me to take off the sun glasses and they are part of the outfit then there is no reason to take them off. And it’s like “Huh? There are other artists that are wearing sun glasses but because this is Visual-kei, it’s no good?” There has been this kind of discrimination”

Due to poor health, Mai will be retiring from the music business after Kra's Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall live on the 28th December, 2010. The band will continue activities with the three remaining members.

DELUHI going on activity pause

It's a sudden announcement but this time DELUHI will pause activities after their fall oneman tour "BLITZKRIEG -Another Departure-".

DELUHI was formed about 2 years ago, with continuous releases and lives since then.
This summer was the first time the band experienced a nation-wide oneman tour.

We received a lot of support from everyone and this is something we take pride in.
Truly, thank you.

And now, in order for DELUHI to take another step forward,
At this present point we're fixing our eyes on what is necessary to improve.
When our 8/1 Akasaka BLITZ performance is over in about 2 months...
We held a meeting with the members and staff, and this is what we concluded.

From now own, this decision is for DELUHI to reach a new stage,
And to advance with a larger staff.

During the activities pause, we will be raising individual skill, musical power of expression,
DELUHI's motivation,
And when we return, all of the members will have equal strength.
Right now that is the greatest possibility.

Though everyone probably has anxious feelings about the words "activity pause",
This period is to further expand DELUHI's potential.

In short, this is a positive, voluntary time.

Lives and releases will come to a stop but the members and staff will still be thinking about DELUHI.

DELUHI will continue to progress.

So please wait a little bit and believe during this time.

D'espairsRay going on indefinite hiatus.

To all our fans who have followed us and supported us throughout the years;

After much consideration and discussion, all four members of D'espairsRay have decided to take an indefinite hiatus following the conclusion of the D'espairsRay World Tour 2010 "Human-clad Monsters". During this time the band will be taking a break from all concerts and recording.

The reason for this hiatus is to allow vocalist HIZUMI to fully recover from a past illness that has affected his throat and made it difficult to sing. HIZUMI has dealt with this rare throat condition for over a year, but the band's busy touring and recording schedule hasn't allowed him the time to fully undergo treatment. He currently plans to spend the early part of next year in recovery, and return to the band as soon as possible.

Although HIZUMI has undergone treatment to temporarily allow him to continue the current tour, it is not a permanent fix and there is no guarantee as to how long it will last. All four members of D'espairsRay plan to give their all for the remaining shows on this tour, both in Japan and overseas, and thank you for your continuing support in these difficult times.
